Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT systems and networks within secure environments.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive government data in compliance with NIST standards.
- Conduct system audits and performance assessments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with federal clients and stakeholders to identify technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for end-users within federal facilities.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal clearance eligibility.
- Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT support.
- Deep knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, and DOD security directives.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Bash) and virtualization technologies.
