Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain federal IT security protocols across classified and unclassified systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical infrastructure
- Monitor security systems using SIEM tools and respond to incidents within 15-minute SLA
- Develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies compliant with NIST and FISMA standards
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams during threat intelligence briefings
- Manage PKI infrastructure and digital certificate lifecycle
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years experience in federal IT security compliance
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux security hardening
- Experience with FedRAMP and CMMC frameworks
- Strong understanding of DISA STIGs and RMF process
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
