Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT systems supporting veteran healthcare operations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Coordinate hardware/software deployments across 15+ departmental sites
- Provide technical training to 200+ healthcare staff members
- Develop disaster recovery plans for critical infrastructure
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with federal IT teams on cross-agency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience in federal/government environments
- Active Security+ CE certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
