Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain agency IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support to federal employees and troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Develop and maintain agency databases and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Security+ certification or equivalent cybersecurity credential
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of federal IT compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
