Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols compliant with NIST standards
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for agency networks and databases
- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption
- Document all IT procedures and compliance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in federal IT infrastructure management
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent clearance
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of FISMA and FedRAMP compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
