Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for government clients.
- Conduct security assessments and implement firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff and government stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system updates, and incident reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal contracting.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain clearance (Top Secret preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server environments, Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols.
