Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for city agencies.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with government standards and regulations.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Perform statistical analysis to support policy development and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the government or public sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
