Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure and network systems in compliance with agency standards.
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new federal software and hardware solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all IT systems and security protocols.
- Respond to and resolve high-priority incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Active Public Trust clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise-grade operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interfacing with stakeholders.
