Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal network infrastructure and data centers to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols in compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST).
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for complex hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IT solutions for federal clients.
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed technical logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification preferred: Security+, CISSP, or federal clearance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
