Responsibilities
- Monitor federal systems and data streams continuously during night shift operations to ensure operational readiness.
- Perform rigorous data entry, validation, and analysis to maintain database integrity for federal reporting.
- Respond immediately to system alerts and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Enforce strict compliance with federal security regulations, OSHA standards, and internal protocols.
- Document all night shift activities and anomalies in the centralized logging system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to handover critical information and ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Conduct routine audits of physical security and digital access logs.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required (per federal regulations).
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or Government Services preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, IT support, or federal compliance roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance process.
