Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, servers, and networks.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for government agencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations (FISMA) and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement secure software solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance assessments, and vulnerability scans.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and asset licensing.
- Document technical processes, create user guides, and manage change requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, risk management, and network security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for briefing officials and team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
