Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT solutions to support agency objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements for scalability and performance.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all government databases and systems in compliance with federal and state standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management within the government or enterprise sector.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and database systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
