- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff across various departments.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to meet federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related federal role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various Oakland facilities as needed.
