Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for federal IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, FISMA regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline federal operations and improve service delivery.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and audits to ensure 99.9% uptime and security.
- Assist in the migration and implementation of new federal software and hardware solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all technical processes, incident reports, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new federal systems and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be able to obtain) a Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology or Federal Service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, network security, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work full-time in an office setting in Tampa, FL (hybrid model available).
