Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of federal IT infrastructure and systems.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection and compliance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop innovative IT solutions.
- Manage and analyze system logs to monitor performance, detect anomalies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new software applications and security best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain a suitable background investigation (Public Trust or Secret Clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
