Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT infrastructure using NIST frameworks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement zero-trust architecture and identity management solutions
- Coordinate incident response protocols for cyber threats
- Develop cybersecurity policies and compliance documentation
- Maintain continuous monitoring of federal systems
- Train staff on security best practices
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure security
- Certification in CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA CySA+
- Experience with federal IT compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
