Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and agency-specific security policies.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain security clearance standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software applications.
- Document all system configurations, changes, and incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory administration.
- Experience with network infrastructure (Cisco, Firewalls, VPNs).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance if not already held.
