Responsibilities

  • System Monitoring: Proactively monitor federal network infrastructure, servers, and applications during weekend shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime and operational continuity.
  • Ticket Resolution: Prioritize and resolve Level 2/3 IT support tickets submitted by federal employees, focusing on remote access, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Cybersecurity Compliance: Enforce federal security protocols and monitor system logs for anomalies, ensuring compliance with OMB and VA security policies.
  • Incident Management: Lead the response and recovery process for weekend system outages, coordinating with on-call teams if escalation is required.

Qualifications
