Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for federal clients.
- Implement Cybersecurity Measures: Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and enforce security protocols in compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP/NIST).
- Manage Infrastructure: Configure, maintain, and optimize network servers, virtualization environments, and cloud platforms.
- Deploy Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable IT solutions that meet mission requirements.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct regular system audits and documentation reviews to ensure adherence to federal regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for federal security clearance eligibility.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one (Top Secret preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments or equivalent technical support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Linux administration, Microsoft Server environments, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
