Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data and ensure compliance with NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-user devices across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits of system configurations and security clearance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and optimize workflow processes.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed records of system performance and incidents.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in a federal environment).
- Proven experience with federal IT systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and network administration.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, privacy laws, and data protection standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting technical issues to stakeholders.
