Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and FOIA requirements.
- Collaborate with state and local government stakeholders to streamline administrative processes.
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for policy development.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing for government systems.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on government contracting best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for government auditors and oversight committees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state government contracting.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Strong understanding of government procurement cycles and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for inter-agency correspondence.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance if not already held.
