Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for local government staff and federal agencies.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and hardware during night operations.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets and emergency IT incidents.
- Ensure data security compliance and perform regular system backups.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand off critical issues.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in government or corporate IT support environments.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance verification.
