About the Role:

Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage and maintain federal servers and network infrastructure in compliance with DoD standards.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data and ensure compliance with FISMA regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for federal personnel and internal systems.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of IT modernization initiatives and software deployments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, security incidents, and change logs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen to hold a federal clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal contracting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Cisco networking, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership and technical teams.
