Role Overview:
The successful candidate will provide critical technical support to federal operations, ensuring the integrity of sensitive data and the reliability of our communication networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems, ensuring compliance with OMB and agency standards.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect classified and sensitive information.
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal federal staff and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or highly regulated environment.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in federal IT frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
