Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems to ensure 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security patches in accordance with FISMA standards.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and audit trails for regulatory review.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users within the federal environment.
- Ensure all project milestones are met with the highest level of quality and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with federal clients or within the government sector.
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework, network security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder presentations.
