Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with federal standards, regulations, and security protocols (NIST, FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with agency strategic goals.
- Manage system performance, monitor security alerts, and perform regular system audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
