Responsibilities
- Manage Federal Contracts: Oversee the lifecycle of federal IT contracts, ensuring all deliverables meet strict government standards and timelines.
- Security Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to NIST, FISMA, and other federal security regulations to protect sensitive data.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for federal stakeholders, providing technical guidance and status updates.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Documentation: Prepare and review detailed technical documentation, reports, and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting or IT support roles.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and network infrastructure management.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with high-level government officials.
