Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure, servers, and workstations during the night shift.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems and resolve technical issues immediately.
- Conduct security audits and implement data protection protocols for sensitive federal information.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to federal personnel via remote and on-site channels.
- Maintain detailed logs of all system activities and incident reports.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transition and issue handover.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience with federal IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware support is strongly required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and federal compliance standards (e.g., FISMA) is a plus.
