Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal government networks and hardware systems.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Troubleshoot complex software and network connectivity issues for federal personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- Familiarity with federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
