Location: Memphis, TN (On-site hybrid options available)
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II technical support for federal computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a secure environment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security clearances in compliance with federal standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal information security protocols and FISMA requirements.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions accurately in the Service Desk database.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and troubleshoot new software applications.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is mandatory.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional IT support, help desk, or system administration experience.
- Security: Must be eligible for a Public Trust security clearance.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse staff.
- Schedule: Availability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) as assigned.
