Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise IT requirements and develop scalable system solutions
- Lead migration projects from legacy to cloud-based infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure system compliance with state/federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Create detailed documentation for system architecture and processes
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct technical training sessions
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems administration
- Advanced expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and scripting languages
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional travel
- Experience with government IT procurement processes preferred
- ITIL certification or equivalent project management experience
