Responsibilities
- Manage and execute federal IT infrastructure projects from conception through deployment.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and scalable solutions.
- Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture, configurations, and change logs.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical federal systems during business hours.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client reporting and documentation.
