Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and critical applications.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or DoD IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with network security protocols and firewall management.
