Your Mission
As a Senior Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business objectives, ensuring seamless operations for government clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Analyze system requirements and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and software solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Train junior staff and mentor team members on best practices and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or administration.
- Active Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and database management.
- Experience with government compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
