Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain federal information systems and networks in compliance with strict security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including NIST and DFARS standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
