Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal government information systems with a focus on weekend shift coverage and support.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with Federal regulations and standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations for knowledge management.

Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for Federal roles.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience working in a Remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
