Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (NIST, FedRAMP).
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Document technical requirements and provide Tier 3 technical support.
- Participate in agile software development and deployment cycles.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal or state government IT environments.
- Proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
