Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures for federal government clients.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting and support for complex hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system architecture diagrams and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and streamline federal workflows.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience supporting federal government agencies.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNP preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in network protocols, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal/written communication skills.
