Responsibilities
- Manage weekend IT operations for federal databases and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to federal agencies during weekend hours
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Document security incidents and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-agency IT teams during weekend deployments
- Ensure 24/7 system availability through weekend shift coverage
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
- Experience with federal identity management systems (ID.me, CAC)
