Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal government networks and systems.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals in compliance with federal standards.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT infrastructure.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with federal compliance regulations and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
