Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real-time.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required for Federal employment.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CCNA).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
