Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for federal personnel during night operations.
- Monitor and maintain the security and uptime of federal network systems and servers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Document incident reports, resolution logs, and system maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with government security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Perform routine system backups and execute restore procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is strictly required for federal employment.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations during night shifts.
