Responsibilities
- Provide expert Level 3 technical support for federal government networks, ensuring 24/7 operational availability.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures in compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure for executive agencies.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and change management procedures with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with contract officers and agency stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Active Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain clearance) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations and ITIL frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with senior government officials.
