Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Proficiency in Cisco networking, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
