Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and protocols.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to federal agency personnel.
- Manage software licenses, hardware inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GCFA are highly desired.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-security environment.
