Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems and networks in accordance with federal regulations.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Document system configurations, security policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and optimize IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience with Cisco networking, VMware virtualization, or Microsoft Server environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
