Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, processing, and management of federal job applications and documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to federal applicants and agency personnel regarding pension and payroll inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of personnel files, payroll data, and benefit information.
- Coordinate with various federal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the administration of weekly pay systems and ensure all timekeeping and leave tracking is accurate.
- Prepare and compile reports regarding workforce statistics and program performance.
- Support the onboarding process for new federal employees.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal positions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in government administration, customer service, or payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping software.
