Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders.
- Process and maintain accurate federal records, applications, and case files in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, briefing materials, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and inter-agency communications.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal privacy laws and data security protocols.
- Perform data entry and analysis using various federal software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve administrative bottlenecks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Background Check: Must successfully complete a background investigation and obtain a favorable security clearance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with federal database systems.
