Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal grant applications and reporting requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports for agency leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between federal departments and local agencies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized personnel and fiscal records.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new federal employees.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is mandatory for all federal positions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable government security clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases.
