Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily logistics operations during the night shift to ensure seamless federal service delivery.
- Coordinate closely with federal agency representatives to resolve operational issues and update status reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accurate tracking of federal assets and supplies.
- Enforce strict adherence to federal safety and security protocols during all operational activities.
- Maintain precise digital records and logs for audit compliance and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify and mitigate potential security risks or operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is mandatory for federal contracting positions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (Secret/Top Secret clearance preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal compliance software.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
